I started ZALI so brands could deal straight with the people making their gear. No agents. No middlemen. No telephone game.

In this industry, most orders pass through traders and go-betweens before they ever reach a factory floor. That's where delays, confusion, and mistakes creep in. I built ZALI to cut all of that out.

We're based in Sialkot, Pakistan, a team of around 30 across design, cutting, printing, stitching, packing, and quality control.

I stay personally involved in client communication, design approvals, production updates, and the final check. Custom apparel isn't just about sewing a garment. It's about understanding the brand, nailing the details, and keeping you in the loop the whole way.

We're not chasing "biggest factory in the city." We're built to be reliable, easy to reach, and flexible enough to make exactly what you need.

Most of the world's match-grade soccer balls, Olympic-spec hockey gear, and pro fightwear comes from Sialkot. The city has been making sporting goods for over a century, since the British Raj era. Three generations of stitchers, cutters, and printers have grown up in this trade.

Every client account is handled by the founder or a senior team member who reports directly. No agents, no layers, no "I'll check and get back." If you have a question, you get a real answer fast.

Sublimation, cutting, stitching, finishing, QC, packing, all under one roof. Nothing outsourced. We know every machine, every operator, and every step of how your gear gets made.

Sample before bulk.

Always. Even if you're in a rush. Even if you've ordered 10 times before. We don't run bulk on a design you haven't approved in physical form. The cost is refunded, so it's effectively zero risk.
