Our story
Why I started ZALI.
I started ZALI because I wanted a manufacturing setup where communication is direct and the customer actually knows who is handling their order.
In this industry a lot of brands deal with agents, traders, or people who pass an order from one place to another. That creates delays, confusion and mistakes. I wanted ZALI to be different.
You are working directly with the team managing your order, start to finish.
We're based in Sialkot and today we're a team of around thirty people working across design, cutting, printing, stitching, packing and quality control.
Being a sportswear manufacturer in Sialkot means the whole supply chain is close by. Fabric mills, trim makers, embroidery workshops and our own sublimation, cutting and stitching lines are all within a short drive, so samples move fast and changes don't cost weeks.
I stay involved in client communication, design approvals, production updates and final checking. Custom apparel isn't only about making the garment. It's about understanding the brand, getting the details right, and keeping the customer updated throughout.
We're not trying to look like the biggest factory in the city. The focus is on being reliable, easy to talk to, and flexible enough to work with brands that need things made properly.
Most of our customers are clothing brands, gyms, fight teams, sports clubs and businesses that want custom apparel made to their own design, with their own labels, from as few as 15 pieces. Some send a full tech pack. Others send a sketch or a photo. Either way, we work out the fabric, print method and sizing with you before anything is cut.
